    Method 1: Disable Speech Recognition From Settings

    Step 1. First of all, you need to press and hold Win + I then the Settings will open by shortcut.

    Step 2. Once you open the settings then go to the Accessibility from the left side after that select Speech on the section of Interaction.

    Step 1. First, open the Start menu by clicking on it then go to Settings.

    Step 2. Select Privacy & Security.

    Step 3. Head towards the Speech.

    Step 1. Firstly, press Windows + R to open the run.

    Step 2. Then type Regedit after that click on the Ok.

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Speech_OneCore\Settings\OnlineSpeechPrivacy

    Step 5. Restart your PC to save all the changes.
